We're keen to get your delicious Wildfire & Wattle products to you as quickly as possible! We ship five days a week via Startrack, ensuring your order is on its way without delay. Enjoy free postage on all orders over $100 Australia-wide, making it even easier to stock up on your favourite herbs, spices, oils, and rubs.

Shipping costs
For orders that are under $100, a flat rate of $14.95 applies for general shipping services across Australia, ensuring that all customers can enjoy reliable delivery regardless of their location within the country.

Damaged or incorrect products
If your order arrives and isn’t quite right, or if you find something damaged, please contact us immediately. Email us at [[email]] and include photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will happily replace any damaged or incorrect products and use your feedback to enhance our processes.

Our returns policy
At Wildfire & Wattle, we stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. You’re welcome to keep the products as well. However, please note that we cannot provide refunds for simply changing your mind.
